Live near a major metropolitan area but practice in physician friendly Indiana Multi-specialty group is seeking a Family Medicine physician for an employed practice in Northwest Indiana Base salary: $230,000-$250,000 plus quarterly productivity bonuses Weekly schedule: 8:30 am to 5 pm (4 days per week); 10:30 am to 7 pm (1 day per week) Could do 4 10 hour days Average patient volume: 25-30 patients per day EMR: NextGen No call requirements - additional compensation offered for optional call (phone only) Benefits offered: 401k with up to 4% employer match, short term and long term disability, life insurance (up to 1.5 times salary), 5 days of CME with $1500 allowance, and more.
