Physician / Family Practice

Great opportunity in Northern Indiana, not far from Chicago, to join a community health network for a Family Practice Physician. Must see all ages in this outpatient setting. Mon-Fri 8a-5p with one late evening a week until 6 or 7p. No on call schedule. These clinics serve all multiple primary care services in an outpatient setting. You will be sole physician alongside 2 NP's. Must be COVID vaccinated Competitive salary with full benefits and NHSC loan repayment available.
