Outpatient practice in northwestern Indiana is looking for a Family Practice Physician to work in a well established clinic and organization. Within the Gary, IN area and not far from Chicago. Must be board certified in Family Practice. Mon-Fri with shared call. Open to 4/10's or 5/8's. This is general outpatient duties seeing all ages.
