Join a Community based Medical group with 16 offices as they grow. There is a NP in this office along with Medical Assistants, Phlebotomists, Medical Records, Referral Coordinators, and a Front Desk along with a Practice Administrator.

Outpatient only seeing all ages - Infants or toddlers to geriatrics
See 15-20 patients / day
Monday - Friday
•  They would like to add Saturdays, but that is not in place as of yet. Hours worked on Saturday will be paid at a differential rate based on your hourly rate. (Currently do not have enough patients to be open on Saturdays) EMR is eClinicalWorks (eCW)

Offer:
•  Base pay $240,000.00
•  A sign on bonus of $10,000.00 will be paid in one lump sum.
•  The sign on bonus is taxable, and all regular payroll taxes will be withheld. In the event that you leave the company within 12 months of your date of hire, you will be responsible for reimbursement.
•  Eligibility to participate in the incentive bonus program up to $2,000.00 monthly, subject to the terms and conditions specified in the incentive bonus metrics.
•  Malpractice insurance paid by the Group.
•  Eligibility for enrollment into Group s health and benefit plans which include: (Available on day one)
•  UnitedHealth Care health insurance, dental and vision insurance (requiring a contribution by you based on your coverage level)
•  Coverage of one-time your annual salary Basic Life and AD&D up to $200k (100% employer paid)
