BE/BC in a primary care specialty
If BE, board certification must be obtained within 1 year of employment
Active FL license
DEA certificate
Current BLS
Supervision and teaching of residents, medical students, and other allied health professionals may be required
May be required to work in multiple area locations
Responsible for supervising the provision of clinical care by mid-levels, laboratory and nursing staff
