This progressive practice is managed by the states largest FQHC / community health center system, with nearly 1000 employees including over 200 clinical providers across 17 practice sites and service locations. You will join an excellent team of over two dozen healthcare providers in a modern, standalone medical services building offering outpatient primary care, walk-in/urgent care, mental health, physical therapy and other services to thousands of area residents.
