CHRISTUS - Trinity Clinic Shreveport Full Time Hours: Monday - Friday 8 AM - 5 PM Employed Average Patients seen: 18-22 patients per day Loan Repayment Sign-On Bonus Compensation: - Competitive salary guarantee- Additional compensation for Administrative role, and APC Supervision Benefits: - Student loan repayment up to $125,000 ($25,000 per year starting after year 1)- Malpractice with tail coverage- Retirement with employer match- CME allowance- Medical, Dental, & Vision Benefits Additional Info: CHRISTUS Health is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Urgent Care Physician to join an outstanding program.You will:- Be responsible for the leadership of Northeast Texas Urgent Care/Direct Care service line providing oversight for access, quality, education, and growth/development of services.- Supervise urgent care advanced practice clinicians, as well as work as a physician covering up to 13 shifts per month.Qualifications:- Physicians must have high-volume Urgent Care or Emergency Department experience.- Leadership experience is preferred but not required.
