Patient information: Departing physician had 1,800 patients under his care team and saw around per day
Hospital Credentialing/Privileging Required: Yes
Hospital Credentialing/Privileging Details: 30-60 days
Board Certification required
EMR: Epic
Must be proficient with computers and Epic
