Qualifications:
- Board Certification: Board Eligible or Board Certified in Dermatology.
- Experience: Open to newly trained fellows and practicing physicians in Dermatology.
- Licensure: Possess an Indiana Medical License.
- Certifications: Must maintain BLS/ACLS certifications.
