Physician / Cardiology

Our facility is seeking a BC/BE Interventional Cardiologist to join a well-established group in northwestern Arizona. Join an existing independent practice and expect the volume to quickly grow with the need in the area. This group has a total of 3 offices with plans to continue to grow, but position will be located only at the Fort Mohave office. Practice will include diagnostic and interventional procedures. Expect to be busy quickly with an ample number of primary care physicians for referrals.

•   Expected patient load 20-25 Our facility is assisting with a recruitment package that would be salary and overhead guaranteed for one year; sign-on bonus and relocation included. Opened in 2005, we offer a full complement of community and regional referral services in all of the major medical disciplines, with a medical staff that represents a broad cross section of specialty areas. The main campus is anchored by an 84-bed, state-of-the-art acute care facility, with all-private patient rooms, six major operating rooms, two minor procedure rooms and a modern, high-tech cardiac catheterization unit. Two medical office buildings adjoin the acute care facility, and services are also offered at two offsite offices. Located on the Colorado River, the surrounding area balances fast growth in the Southwest with a slower-paced lifestyle than is found in big cities. Our location sits where three states come together Arizona, Nevada and California. Golfers can tee off at no less than six courses nearby, including Desert Lakes Golf Course just a mile from the main hospital campus. The Black Mountain Range offers opportunities for off-roading, ghost town exploring and visiting the old mining town of Oatman. A mountainside lodge and restaurant, as well as a county park with cabins, can be found in the Hualapai Mountains. And the Grand Canyon, Sedona and mountain snow skiing beckon from just a few hours away.
