Scott County Hospital, located in Scott City, KS, is seeking a qualified Physical Therapy Assistant, for our facility. Physical Therapy Assistant Responsibilities:
- Daily care of patients
- Charting on all patients
- Communication with department coworkers
- Promote safety in the department
- Communicate with the therapist regarding the patient's needs during treatment
- Assist the supervising PT or PTA with patient care needs
- Transportation of patients to and from the patient room
- Checks and inserts department charges in the computer
- Oversees maintenance patients
