Bridgeway Home Health provides quality home health care to thousands of individuals in the state of Georgia. We are growing in the Georgia area and looking to add a Physical Therapist to our team. As a home health Physical Therapist, you would be responsible for conducting focused care and patient / family teaching in the home setting.

Qualifications:
Physical Therapist
Current State License
Minimum of one (1) year physical therapy experience
Clinical home health experience a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60.00 - $65.00 per hour
