Physical Therapist

We are thrilled to announce a full time Physical Therapist position in beautiful Uintah Basin area. We are a looking for a Physical Therapist to work specializing in home care to help our patients meet all of their treatment goals. We offer a great work environment, a beautiful facility to work in, and a fantastic team environment. Our Physical Therapist will be responsible for the following:

Consult with patients to learn about their physical condition and symptoms and review their medical history and referrals from doctors or surgeons
Diagnose movement dysfunction by listening to patients and observing them as they move about
Develop an individualized treatment plan
Coach patients and teach them therapeutic exercises and stretches to improve their condition
Use hands-on therapy such as massage to ease patients' pain and provide stimulation to promote healing
Maintain patient records by keeping track of goals and progress while adapting treatment plans accordingly
Advise patients and their families on in-home treatment options and what to expect from the recovery process
PT will perform evaluations, routines, discharges, discharge oasis, and admit oasis visits.

We offer our Physical Therapist a generous compensation package and endless career potential. Our PT will enjoy a generous hourly pay rate in addition to a pay per visit ($65-$70 per visit) pay scale. Our PT will need reliable transportation, valid auto insurance, and a current driver's license. We are located at 55 Professional Way, Payson, UT 84651. We can't wait to meet you.
