Responsibilities:
As a Physical Therapist, assess and treat patients effectively.
Maintain comprehensive patient documentation.
Innovate, market, and develop therapy programs.
Foster open communication with patients, families, physicians, and staff.
Share expertise through engaging in-service presentations.
Actively contribute to departmental excellence.

Requirements:
Possess a Bachelor's (B.A., B.S.), Master's (M.A., M.S.), or Doctorate (DPT) in Physical Therapy.
Graduate from an accredited physical therapy program.
Hold or be eligible for state licensure.
