Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our partner's dynamic team in Sparta, NC. The ideal candidate will be passionate about improving patients' quality of life through personalized rehabilitation programs and therapeutic interventions. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative environment, providing evidence-based care to individuals with diverse rehabilitation needs.

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical and functional abilities to develop individualized treatment plans.

Implement therapeutic exercises, manual techniques, and modalities to improve mobility, strength, balance, and coordination.

Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly to achieve optimal outcomes.

Educate patients and their families on therapeutic techniques, injury prevention strategies, and home exercise programs.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, to coordinate patient care and ensure continuity of services.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, progress notes, and treatment plans by regulatory standards.

Participate in departmental meetings, case conferences, and continuing education activities to enhance clinical knowledge and skills.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.

Current license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of North Carolina.

Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a rehabilitation setting, preferably working with diverse patient populations.

Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, with the ability to develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.

Proficiency in conducting functional mobility assessments, gait analysis, and manual therapy techniques.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members.

Commitment to evidence-based practice, professional development, and continuous quality improvement.

Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
