We are seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist to join our team in Santa Moinca Ca. You will plan physical rehabilitative programs to improve patient quality of life.

Physical Therapist - outpatient

Perform thorough evaluations of patients' physical conditions in an out-patient setting
Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs and goals.
Implement a variety of evidence-based interventions, exercises, and manual techniques.
Educate patients on self-management techniques and injury prevention strategies.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and progress reports.
Direct and Supervise PT Assistants and/or Aide.

Qualifications (Text Only): Requirements:

Passion around serving others.
California license as a Physical Therapist or ability to obtain license.
