Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Physical Therapist to join our team at Devana Group in Lubbock, TX. As a Physical Therapist, you will work with a diverse patient population and provide individualized treatment plans to help patients recover from injuries, illnesses, or surgeries. Responsibilities:

- Evaluate patients' medical history and perform physical examinations to determine the best course of treatment

- Develop personalized treatment plans for patients based on their specific needs and goals

- Utilize a variety of techniques, exercises, and equipment to help patients improve their mobility, strength, and range of motion

- Educate patients and their families on proper techniques and exercises to continue their progress at home

- Monitor patients' progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed

- Communicate effectively with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure the best possible outcomes for patients

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation

- Stay current with the latest advancements and techniques in physical therapy through continuing education and professional development opportunities

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

- Active state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Texas

- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist, preferably in a healthcare setting

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Excellent time management and organizational skills

- Familiarity with electronic medical records systems

- CPR certification is required
