Physical Therapist

6 month assignment. Flexible to work any shift between 7am to 8pm. No weekends. Outpatient experience. Highly preferred if one has with Pelvic Health experience. PT License in NYS. CPR card preferred. Responsible for evaluation, planning, directing and administering treatments, etc. in an effort to restore function and prevent disability following injury.
