Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited school with a bachelors, master's, or doctoral degree in Physical Therapy.
License as required by the State of Wisconsin to practice as an Physical Therapist.
Previous practice experience in pediatrics preferred.

Responsibilities:

Functional based clinic outpatient therapy for children and in-home adult service provision. Casemix is 50/50 peds and adults.
Collaborative approach between disciplines and with parents to address individualized goals.
Provide individual treatments in a time efficient and organized fashion to capture documentation and billing of session within authorization guidelines to maximize both patient success and reimbursement.
