Physical Therapist (PT)

Full-time positions are available for PT's in the Greater Boston area, Central Massachusetts, and surrounding areas.

Essential Functions

Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the physical needs and abilities of clients.
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to enhance mobility, functional independence, and overall well-being.
Utilize standardized assessments and clinical observations to determine clients' strengths, limitations, and areas for intervention
Provide hands-on physical therapy interventions, exercises, and modalities.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.
Educate individuals and their families on therapeutic exercises and strategies for ongoing care.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in accordance with regulatory standards.
Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants and aides, as appropriate

Mentorship / CEU / Professional Growth

Ability to experience working in new settings and/or with novel patient populations
Access to an interdisciplinary network of experienced clinicians to help navigate novel situations (e.g. AAC, ATP, OT, SLP, BCBA, etc.)

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited master's level (or higher) program in Physical Therapy
Valid/current professional license as a Physical Therapist in Massachusetts
Ability to travel to/between multiple work locations
Must pass extensive background checks and provide professional references
If selected for hire, candidates must be able to provide a recent physical indicating the ability to perform the essential functions of the job either with or without accommodations, proof of negative TB test, and required immunizations (including fully-vaccinated status for Covid-19).
