Required Licenses/Certifications
PTA Licensed in State of Texas
BLS - should not initiate patient contact until completed.
Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
Input data into computer programs
Familiar with rehabilitation equipment,
Designated Driver

Location: Hendrick Health BW Acute Physical Therapy
Schedule: Pool, Day Shift, Saturday and prn weekdays when available
