Physical Therapist Assistant Responsibilities
Communicate with Physical Therapists regarding plans of care and progression of exercises and goals for each patient.
Assist with progress notes and re-evaluations to improve patient flow and increase patient satisfaction.
Maintain high levels of communication with other service providers such as Chiropractors, Acupuncturists, and Occupational Therapists to ensure quality patient care.
Complete notes thoroughly and within a timely manner to ensure that collaborative care is maintained between other therapists.
Work towards the advancement of the clinic by maintaining clinical excellence through various CEUs.
Participate in monthly meetings led by the Clinic Director and Office Manager to identify challenges within the clinic to address and improve clinic flow.
Attend company-wide meetings to discuss various company initiatives to continuously improve clinical excellence and patient care.
