Physical Therapist Assistant

Allure Rehabilitation Services is looking for a Physical Therapist Assistant to join the team at our Skilled Nursing Facility in Brooklyn, NY.

Physical Therapist Assistant Responsibilities
Work under the supervision of a physical therapist to provide physical therapy services
Treat residents as directed by the Physical Therapist and in accordance with the MD orders
Record treatments in the medical record
Assist with cleaning and maintenance of treatment area and department
Communicate with Supervisor and other team members regarding resident progress, problems, and plans
Instruct families and staff in maintenance or home exercise programs as directed by the Physical Therapist

Physical Therapist Assistant Requirements
Degree from an Accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
Current, valid NYS license
COVID-19 vaccination

Preferred
Previous experience in post-acute/long-term care
