"Lightyear Health is looking to partner with Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) Physicians to contribute to our company's growth and expansion. We are a healthcare startup changing what it means for patients to function optimally by delivering accessible, proactive PM&R consultative services in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) settings. There are a few different ways we partner with our physician contractors, which all include the ability to determine your own schedule. These roles enable you to grow your influence, impact, and income while maintaining the flexibility your schedule requires. Read more below on ways you can partner with us;Patient RoundingRound on patients in SNFs to assist them in restoring optimal physical function and help them improve their quality of lifeDiagnose patient conditions and implement appropriate treatment and care plansAPP SupervisionSupervise, train, and develop a dedicated team of APPs to deliver high-quality care in an evolving novel delivery modelConduct in person and telemedicine visits for narcotic prescriptions, complicated rehab patients and training APPsSNF PartnershipsBuild and maintain productive, mutually beneficial relationships with SNF partners in various geographies to ensure optimal patient care If any of the above partnership opportunities are of interest or if you have questions, we'd love to hear from you.Anticipated CompensationWe offer a generous and customizable revenue sharing model. Your exact earnings will depend on the ways in which you partner with us and your ability to grow and strengthen the clinical practice. We're happy to share more details during the interview process.
