Job Description:
• Wellness Park, Opening January 2025. the NEW BVHS musculoskeletal facility with Orthopedics, Sports Medicine, Podiatry, Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Endocrinology/Diabetes Management, Rheumatology, as well as Family Medicine and Pediatrics.
• General PM&R with ability to build and scale the practice and specialize
• Musculoskeletal/spine evaluation and treatment
• EMG/NCS and interventional procedures, medical management, peripheral nerve and joint injections
• Spasticity management, prosthetics, ABI, electrodiagnostic evaluations and ultrasound guided procedures
• Collaboration with psychiatry, neurology, neurosurgery
• Hospitalists available for consults
• Primarily outpatient (90%) with inpatient consults (10%)
• Practice and team dedicated to supporting you
• Autonomy and input with schedule, volumes and practice operations
• Time with patients who respect your care
• Local administration with all decision-making in BV Hospital in Findlay

The investment in primary care will bring rheumatology, endocrinology/diabetes, orthopedics, podiatry, imaging, an outpatient lab, and both adult and pediatric rehabilitation (physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech, etc.) to the north side of Findlay.
