Client seeking PHY for PRN shifts in Mount Dora, FL on May 20, June 3, 4, 5, 6, 10, 11. Hours are 8:00am - 5:00pm with a 60-minute break. Provider will see ages 6+ for primary care, acute care, physicals, and wellness visits. Candidates must have 2+ years of experience to be considered for this assignment.
