Pharmacy Lab Technician Medrock Pharmacy - Chattanooga, TN

Position Overview:

MedRock pharmacy is looking for a motivated individual who values team work, focus on growing the company and provide unique knowledge and experience .

The Pharmacy Lab Technician will primarily focus on compounding functions within our non-sterile compounding pharmacy labs.

Job Duties:
Typing Prescriptions correctly and Entering data into computer system to fill prescriptions
Calling and helping customers, give customers information, take orders and help with questions and complaints.
Assists in maintaining logs, documents and any required paperwork.
Assists in maintaining a clean, safe work environment.
Compounding in Hazardous and Non-Hazardous Lab
Working under direct supervision of a Registered Pharmacist, fills prescriptions and prepares RXs and compounds of quality, compliant with State Board of Pharmacy regulations.
Packaging of medication, reviewing and coordinating accurate and timely delivery to the customer.

Job Type: Full-time, Benefits (Health Insurance, PTO, OT)

Compensation: Hourly ($16-$21)

Required Education & Experience:
Active State Pharmacy Technician license
PTCB

Preferred Education & Experience:
Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
