Using integrated technology solutions, our closed-door pharmacies help facilitate each patient's personalized medication plan with care facilities and at home. We are seeking a Pharmacy Fulfillment Supervisor. This role includes but is not limited to: Supervising pharmacy technicians and lead technicians Overseeing workflow, timely releases of deliveries Payroll (timely submission of timecard etc.) for team members Hiring and retention of staff Employee reviews and employee development Attendance handling callouts and ensure proper staffing Export and print labels, pull, and pick medications as needed. Package medication before final review by a pharmacist. Maintain cleanliness of the pharmacy, communicate with other fulfillment departments include but not limited to E2 robot, IV, Control Room, Inventory, Receiving, etc This individual must lead by example and have good communication skills 4:00 pm - 12:30 am schedule This position reports directly to the Fulfillment Manager. The Fulfillment Supervisor must successfully complete a Company sponsored management training course / or provide proof of having formal training in management Qualifications: 1. Must be a Certified Pharmacy Technician with 2-3 years experience 2. 3-5 years experience / knowledge of business in relation to organization of a long-term care pharmacy 3. Prior hiring / selection of departmental staff experience preferred. 4. Experience with orientation and supervision and evaluating the work of new and existing staff preferred. 5. Administer, organize, and successfully implement all activities in relation to the pharmacy operations. 6. Proficiency in overseeing, and effectively evaluating the work of team members 7. Effectiveness in maintaining and establishing efficient relationships with team members 8 .
