Pharmacy Director

The Pharmacy Director will be responsible for the overall operation of the pharmacy department. Has the knowledge of and the ability to maintain established hospital and department policies and procedures, objectives, continuous quality control, oversight of operations, customer relations, safety, environmental and infection control. The position requires extensive contact with the administrator, medical staff, nursing service staff, hospital staff, and nonhospital contractors (vendors, auditors). Doctorate (Pharm. D) or Master's Degree (MBA, MPH, or MHA) and a Pharmacy degree from an accredited school of Pharmacy State of California Pharmacist License; and Three (3) years experience in a Hospital setting. Position Pay Range: $148,200.00 - $216,777.60/ Annual Salary In compliance with the California Pay Transparency Act, El Centro Regional Medical Center (ECRMC) posts the pay range for all jobs. Please note that actual pay will be determined based on relevant experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Please also note this range is applicable for employees who reside in California only. A geographical pay differential may be applied for remote employees who reside out of state.
