Requirements: Graduate of an accredited College of Pharmacy with Bachelor of Science or Doctor of Pharmacy degree. Kentucky Pharmacist Registration, or eligible. Indiana Pharmacist Registration, or eligible - preferred. Hospital and/or oncology experience preferred.
