Duties/Responsibilities/Required:
Hours of operation: rotation (07AM -3:30PM, 10AM - 6:30 PM, 2:30 PM - 10:30 PM) and Every other weekend rotational 7:00AM - 3:30PM or 11:00AM - &:30 PM)
Inpatient Pharmacy Practice Experience - REQUIRDED
EPIC Experience - REQUIRED
Compounded Sterile Product Preparation and Sterile IV Room Experience - REQUIRED
Pyxis Experience - REQUIERED
PharmD or BS Pharmacy Degree - REQUIRED
Pharmacy Residency - PREFERRED
Experience with working in a fast paced environment
Education: English HS Diploma or equivalent Registration/Certification, Doctor of pharmacy
