Non-acute care is offered through various affiliates, JOB SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the Director of Pharmacy prepares medication for dispensing, and maintains all records in accordance with Federal and NY State laws and PHC policies and procedures. Performs supportive duties and clerical activities as directed as well as any and all duties assigned. Participates in all pharmacy activities and works to achieve the goals of the institution and department MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: B.S. Degree in Pharmacy Licensure/Registration/Certification: Must hold a current NYS license and registration to practice Pharmacy.
