Duties:SKILLS NEEDED - Appreciate the need to adapt direct patient care to meet the needs of a diversity and cultural sensitivity - Communicate clearly when speaking and/or writing - Ability to pay close attention to details in tasks that are routine and repetitive - Good customer relation skills - Ability to stand and walk for a full eight-hour shift required - Efficiently solve problems commonly encountered in one's work - Display a caring attitude toward patients in all aspects of job responsibilities - Perform medication reconciliation daily to ensure consistency between medication orders in pharmacy dispensing software and the clinic electronic medical record - Assist with maintaining a dual pharmacy inventory Qualifications:MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS - Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an accredited program or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy (BS Pharmacy) - Current Licensed Pharmacist in Wisconsin - Must be able to comply with Ho-Chunk Nation Drug and Alcohol Policy - Maintain CPR certification - Up to date on COVID-19 and flu vaccines PREFERRED APPLICANTS: -Have immunization certification and experience giving vaccines Work Type:Permanent, Full Announcement :Pharmacist, Black River Falls, WI
