This position interprets provider orders and prescriptions, compounds and dispenses medications within regulatory guidelines and professional standards. As a Pharmacist Clinical you will:

  • Consult with patients and others as required regarding use of medications and potential drug interactions.
  • Provide drug information to patients, health care workers and others as necessary.
  • provide oversight and supervision of pharmacy technicians and other supporting staff including directing work flow and assurance of completion of duties.
  • Demonstrate clinical expertise in area of practice.
Qualifications:

In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:

  • 1 year hospital experience strongly preferred
  • PGY-1 or BCPS preferred
  • May be required to be on-call in certain situations.
  • Bachelor's Science or Pharm D required
  • Active Pharmacist license in the state you are practicing required
  • ACLS Preferred

Physical Requirements - Sedentary work -(prolonged periods of sitting and exert up to 10lbs force occasionally)

Pay Range:

$58.83 - $91.46 / hour
