Job Summary The Positron Emission Tomography/Computed Tomography Technologist is responsible for providing radiologic care to patients for the purpose of diagnosis and/or treatment of anatomic and physiologic disorders. The technologist will operate diagnostic radiographic and CT equipment to obtain optimal PET and CT scans with the least amount of radiation exposure to the patient and self. The technologist will assure patient well-being and care. Job Requirements Minimum Education Requirement : Associates or Bachelors degree in Nuclear Medicine Technology preferred.Completion of an accredited Nuclear Medicine Technology program and Computerized Tomography Training. Minimum Experience Requirement : Three-years of experience as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist and Computerized Tomography desired. Excellent customer service skills required. Minimum License Requirement : Current State of California certification in Nuclear Medicine (CNMT). NMTCB certification in PET or ARRT in CT required. BLS required. Venipuncture documentation required. Delivering world-class health care one patient at a time. Pay Range: $44.68 - $63.89
