We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team in the Insurance industry. This role is integral to our commitment to provide our clients with the highest quality service. The successful candidate will manage and grow a diverse book of Personal Lines business, ensuring all customer service needs are met and exceeded. Responsibilities:

1. Manage and grow a diverse portfolio of personal lines accounts in the medical industry.
2. Develop, execute, and monitor strategic and tactical plans to achieve growth in line with corporate objectives.
3. Serve as the primary contact for clients, providing prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. This includes responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
5. Collaborate with underwriters and carriers to write new business policies.
6. Analyze and assess client's coverage needs, recommending appropriate products and services.
7. Maintain accurate and detailed client and policy information in the company's database, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
8. Stay abreast of changes in the insurance industry and our products to effectively manage your book of business.
9. Handle all aspects of Personal Lines Insurance renewals for assigned accounts.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Personal Lines Account Manager, with a strong emphasis on customer service and client relationship management.
2. Proven experience in Insurance Account Management, preferably within the insurance industry.
3. Current Property and Casualty License is required.
4. Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, insurers, and team members.
5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex insurance concepts in simple terms.
6. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
7. High level of proficiency with computer systems, including but not limited to Microsoft Office applications and agency management system.
8. Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, demonstrating a collaborative and professional demeanor at all times.
9. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve client concerns effectively and efficiently.
10. Commitment to ongoing professional development through industry-related courses and programs.
