Personal Lines Account Manager

PERSONAL LINES ACCOUNT MANAGER

LOCATION: NEW BEDFORD, MA

Looking for a Personal Lines Account Manager for a local insurance agency located near New Bedford, MA. In this role, you will have the ability to work up to 2 days remotely. We are looking for a passionate and experienced licensed insurance professional to analyze, retain, service, market and round-out coverage needs for successful clients.

Responsibilities

Responsible for the retention of existing accounts and customer service
Assist in marketing of accounts/risks, review of quotes for accuracy, and prepare proposals
Discuss policy changes and additions with clients
Process the policy change through the carrier website or via email communication
Update agency management system
Provide assistance with any claims
Process renewals, binders, ID cards, invoicing and other documentation.

Qualifications:

College degree preferred, but high school diploma or equivalency required.
Valid property and casualty insurance license is required.
Knowledge or experience with Personal Lines standard products and markets.
Knowledge of EPIC software
Experience with Personal Lines rating.
