Job Overview - Personal Lines Account Manager
We're on the lookout for a skilled Personal Lines Account Manager to join our client's dynamic team. As an Account Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in the processing of personal lines policies, handling everything from new business to client retention. Your expertise in policy coverage and carrier guidelines will make you a crucial intermediary between clients and carriers.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 + bonus
Location: Duval County, FL or Lee County, FL - Remote Option

Responsibilities as the Personal Lines Account Manager Include:
Manage client communications with precision, efficiency, and professionalism.
Build and nurture customer relationships, delivering superior service.
Document all client interactions in the management system for seamless tracking.
Process new business policies promptly, acquiring necessary documentation.
Collaborate with Producers to prepare, log, sell, bind, and process policies for cross-sells, rewrites, and renewals.

Requirements for the Personal Lines Account Manager Include:
Preferred minimum experience of 1 year as a personal lines CSR or Producer.
General grasp of personal lines underwriting and coverage.
Possession of a 440 or 220 license.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
Must be a Florida resident.
