Job DetailsThe duties of the position focus primarily on plaintiff personal injury cases on behalf of injured individuals including typing letters, communicating with clients and insurance companies, ordering and indexing medical records, assisting with discovery and pleadings, filing, and other administrative duties including answering phones.
Requirements:
At least 2 years in a law firm handling plaintiff personal injury cases and Labor Law cases
Experience drafting Bills of Particulars
Comfortable evaluating medical summaries and drafting discovery
Strong communication skills and experienced working with a high volume of cases
