- Active case management of files
- Communication with clients, insurance adjusters, opposing counsel, and doctors/medical experts
- Draft pleadings (summons and compliant)
- Draft Discovery
- Draft Motions
- Respond to Discovery Requests
- MUST have strong Microsoft Office experience
