Job Details

Responsibilities:
  • Represent clients in personal injury and medical malpractice cases, providing expert legal counsel throughout the entire legal process.
  • Conduct thorough investigations into the circumstances surrounding each case, gathering evidence and building compelling arguments on behalf of injured clients.
  • Collaborate with legal teams, medical experts, and other professionals to develop effective case strategies.
  • Manage all aspects of the litigation process, including drafting pleadings, briefs, discovery, trial materials, conducting depositions, and representing clients in court.
  • Negotiate settlements and, when necessary, litigate cases to ensure favorable outcomes for our clients.
  • Stay abreast of changes in relevant laws, regulations, and precedents to provide up-to-date legal advice and maintain a competitive edge in the field.

Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active and in good standing with the state bar association.
  • At least 2+ years in handling personal injury cases.
  • Ability and willingness to learn medical terms and conditions
  • Passion for advocating on behalf of injured clients and seeking justice.
