Responsibilities:
The Personal Injury Litigation Defense Associate Attorney will be responsible for:

1. Managing a large and diverse caseload of personal injury defense cases from inception through trial.
2. Drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, and other legal documents.
3. Conducting and defending depositions.
4. Engaging in negotiation and mediation to resolve cases favorably and efficiently.
5. Representing clients in court and arguing motions.
6. Conducting legal research and analysis to develop effective defense strategies.
7. Collaborating with team members to ensure the provision of top-tier legal services.
8. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of legal developments in personal injury defense law.
9. Ensuring compliance with all legal standards and regulations.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the Personal Injury Litigation Defense Associate Attorney position will possess the following qualifications:

1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. 2-5 years of experience in personal injury litigation defense, with a strong preference for candidates with trial experience.
3. Licensed in the state of Florida.
