Job DetailsAssociate attorney position at a thriving personal injury, class action, and insurance bad faith litigation law firm. The associate attorney will work closely with senior attorneys, handle client matters, represent clients in court, and contribute to case strategy and development.
- Represent clients in cases involving products liability, premises liability, motor vehicle accidents, and other personal injury matters
- Providing legal support to clients
- Managing cases from inception through trial and/or appeal, as necessary
- Maintaining positive client relationships
- Preparing legal reports and documents
- Taking and defending depositions (including those of Plaintiff and experts, witnesses, etc.)
- Prosecuting cases from start to finish
- Conducting and/or defending depositions
- Making court appearances, handling depositions, pretrial motions, and litigation work from inception to settlement/verdict
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Admission to the state bar and license to practice law.
1-3 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in personal injury, class action, or insurance law.
