Your day to day as a Personal Banker
Are you a pro at connecting with people and fostering relationships? In this role as a Personal Banker, you'll get to do just that. What we're looking for in a Personal Banker
To thrive in the role of Personal Banker, you'll need a mix of skills to conquer the day-to-day challenges. Ideal candidates should possess a high school diploma or equivalent (though a college degree would be a plus.), coupled with 1-3 years of experience in banking, sales, or customer service. Your success will be fueled by a sales-focused mindset, stellar interpersonal and communication abilities, and a knack for identifying customer needs and providing innovative solutions. Being organized, professional, and tech-savvy is key, along with a solid grasp of the local financial landscape to address customer inquiries effectively.
Knowledge and skills required for the position are
- High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred.
- 1-3 years experience in banking, sales and/or customer service.
- Sales orientation with the ability to meet specific monthly and annual sales goals while delivering service excellence.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to identify customer needs and develop creative, workable solutions and provide problem resolution to satisfy the customer.
- Professional, thorough and organized with strong follow-up skills.
- Familiarity with the local financial marketplace to address customer inquiries.
- Ability to use computer software and embrace technology.
