Family seeks experienced Personal Assistant with positive personality and excellent organizational skills to keep their household running smoothly. Accompany the family to their Shore house for the Summer during June, July, and August. Position requires ability to anticipate the needs of household members.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Supervise Household Staff
- Maintain Personal Calendar
- Service Cars
- Take Family Pet to the Vet
- Plan and Coordinate Events
- Oversee On Site Contractors
- Effectively Communicate & Negotiate with Realtors
- Handle Bills

QUALIFICATIAONS

- Bachelors Degree
- Ability to Spend the Summer at the Shore
- Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
- Organizational Skills
- Attention to Detail
- Proactive and Anticipate Needs
- Discreet and Loyal
- Ability to Get Along with Wide Variety of Individuals
- Excellent, Verifiable Personal Assistant References
