Permit Coordinator


PrideStaff is seeking a motivated Permit Coordinator to support our client's commercial pool construction business.

Shift/Hours: Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm
Pay Rate: $20 - $23/hr. DOE
Location: Fort Myers, FL


Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in administrative roles, preferably in a construction or permitting environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Dropbox, and other office software tools.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Willingness to work in a small office environment where personality and teamwork are highly valued.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a role that requires long-term commitment and stability rather than upward mobility.
