SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS: - Graduate from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician s Assistant program.
- Master s degree required.
- APRN or PA license in the appropriate state.
- Prescriptive privileges or eligibility to apply.
- Current certification from ANCC or ONS (AOCN-P).
- Current BLS.
- Minimum 5 years experience as APRN or PA, specifically in Oncology.
