- Board Certified/ BE Primary Care - Family Medicine
- Rural Health Clinic - with Behavioral Health and Lab On-Site
- Schedule: 4/10's per Week
- Licensed in Oregon or in the Process
- 14-16 PPD with 1:16 Call - Phone Only
