Position: Per Diem Visist Nurse (RN)
Location: Brooklyn or Manhattan
Visit Duration: 1 Hour or Less
Type of Visists: Wound Care or IVF Injections
Pay Per Visit: $50
Overview: Registered Nurse (RN) provides in-home patient services for resitently hospital discharged patients and/or patients receiving IVF treatments. Enter visit notes within the managed care system and obtain the patient's signature after visit completion. PPE Provided (NOT UAS)
Requirements:
- Associate Degree in Nursing
- NYS Registered Nurse
- CPR/BLS Certificate
- 2 Years of Nursing experience in Homecare, SNF or LTC setting
- Proof of full Covid-19 Vaccination
