Responsible for planning and delivering social rehabilitative programs as an essential component of the treatment program. Collaborate with the treatment team to develop and deliver comprehensive care and treatment plans for the youth population. Participate and coordinate discharge and release planning.

Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:

Clinical Expertise: Various clinical services, including assessments, screening, brief therapy, and community referrals. Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial evaluations and use this information to craft effective treatment and release plans.

Treatment Planning: Collaborate with the treatment team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that adhere to current policies and procedures.

Counseling: Conduct one-on-one counseling with clients to help them prepare for their release, diagnose and address personal issues, and develop crucial life skills.

Educational Support: Review patients' educational backgrounds and discuss plans for continuing education, fostering a sense of duty and responsibility toward society.

Collaboration: Consult with probation, law enforcement, and other agencies to coordinate rehabilitation efforts, ensuring a holistic approach to client care.

Confidentiality: Adhere to strict security regulations and maintaining confidentiality, upholding the highest ethical standards.

Professional Development: Take personal responsibility for ongoing professional growth and development, contributing to a culture of excellence.

Documentation: Thoroughly document all services provided in medical records, ensuring accurate and organized records of patients' progress.

Therapeutic Skills: Conduct individual and group therapy sessions using various treatment modalities to support patients' emotional and mental well-being.

Client-Centered Approach: Build and maintain strong rapport with patients, both in group settings and on an individual basis, fostering a trusting and supportive environment.

Clinical Assessments: Perform accurate clinical assessments of clients, considering mental, emotional, and physical health factors, especially in cases involving substance abuse disorders.

Communication: Collaborate effectively with medical professionals, therapists, physicians, and legal authorities when necessary, ensuring comprehensive care for clients.

Compliance: Strictly adhere to employment and attendance policies, demonstrating a commitment to the organization's values and goals.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a mental health field required. Master's degree preferred.

License preferred.

Must possess knowledge of: the judicial, correctional and mental health systems; clinical theory and practice with emphasis on crisis intervention; community resources and how to access them.
